~Wohlerworld:I was on a trial period and they billed me the first day of the trial. I spent about and hour trying to find some way to get a hold of them online line. This number was busy. I found another number on my credit card billing info that I waited for ** mins to talk to someone. They canceled my service, but told me thry could not give me a refund. I told them I would contact my credit card and have the charge disputed since I never downloaded their service or used it in anyway nor even received an email from them. They then told me they would give me a credit.
