On June **th I called* times and left two messages. Carol did call back but I was in the doctor office. I called at *pm and the lady that answered the phone said I CANT talk to carol cause she's a supv. I said I have called for two days. She put me on hold and said carol is in her office and she sent me to her ext. of course she didn't answer and I left a message saying your in your office why don't you call me back? Not a single reply.**I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran in a wheelchair and you say I owe ***.**. The people for GAP told me the bance should be zero.
