~Femme:The ONLY phone line is either "currently busy" due to "high call volumes," or--if you're fortunate enough to get to the part where one of your options is to connect with an agent--it sends you right back to the "currently busy" message. Had to travel to the local DCF office, but no one there can help* must use the ONLY phone there and wait HOURS! It's bad enough to be in this position where assistance is needed, but to have so much time wasted and be treated so poorly is pathetic.
