~Gddyupn:My clasp fell off on my FitBit flex and I lost the tracker. I called to see if there was a way for them to track it, and they put me on hold for a few minutes. Came back and told me they would replace it, free of charge. It normally takes *-* business days, and I was happy to get it that quickly. But they pulled up my record, saw how much I used it, and told me that they would overnight it to me instead, so I could continue tracking my steps. Great company, great customer service!
