GetHuman-217855:I was overnighted a phone from Verizon. They took it first to a wrong address a couple of times, then they came * days later when no one was home leaving a ticket. I went to the pickup office with the ticket and they said I shouldn't have, that the truck would make another delivery at *pm. At *pm, I called and they said it had been delivered and signed for at *pm. I told them there's no way it was delivered to the right place because my dad was watching for it. They said they would call me at eleven the next day with an update. It's been a week for an overnight package, and I still don't have it. Worst possible delivery service. I don't know why everyone doesn't just ship by USPS.
