He spoke with the manager who was not helpful at all, he couldn't understand her and she had no clue what she was doing. This was a horrible experience and will not give that Fairfield a good review at all. I still cannot believe that we have to wait * - * business days for a credit and still be charged two separate charges on my account with the possibility of a THIRD and STILL NO CREDIT. I give all "*" to the Fairfield in Sierra Vista, AZ.
