~the965kid:This was my worst customer service experience in years. First I called at **pm EST, and had to wait forever. Then the rep put me on hold for another ** minutes, After ** minutes, while still on hold, Expedia hung up on me. Then I called back waited for only * minutes, but the next rep put me on hold for over ** minutes. When he came back I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for ** more minutes. When the rep said he was transferring me the call disconnected again!! Altogether the wasted over ** minutes!! And didn't even get my refund processed so I have to call this crappy company again tomorrow.
