~Stratman:First it should be an indicator that they don't want to talk to you... there is no phone number on their website. I bought * tickets to South Africa. The trip I bought was through Turkey non-stop from Houston then to S.A. Surprise! The itinerary they sold me was a stop in Washington DC, then to Dakar, then to S.A. on a different airline! I did not look at the emailed itinerary for several weeks. Now all the person would do when I wanted to change was go over my itinerary over and over. I am done with EXPEDIA! They should have at least sent me an alert that they had changed my itinerary! Finally the person did say "I am sorry."
