Care, to Personal Solutions, to Privacy Monitoring Dept: Rachel, Rose, Gail, Jordan, Jeff--explaining my problem each time. One rep's English was so bad that it took three tries for me to understand her use of "credit report." Trying to solve the problem took * hours, when I finally gave up, not solved. Problem: someone else's identity was listed in my own Privacy Monitoring Report--not me. I entered my own Equifax Web page with my own password! I have decided to cancel the $**** annual membership Premium Membership level. This is not a premium level of service. Equifax's outsourcing the problem indicates their desire to profit rather than serve.
