GetHuman-374873:Idiots!!! After * calls, almost * hours of being on hold, and only being able to speak with a call center in India, they finally gave me a "department that can help" telephone number. Wouldn't you know it, that "department" was an automated only system with no way to speak to anyone live. I don't care how they treat each other in India, but I expect honesty and "service" when calling cusoter "service".
