~Jen:I only waited ** seconds to one minute for someone to answer, if that. The lady who answered did not understand that all I needed was to report a suspicious email requesting $****.** in order to receive an undisclosed amount of money. The only complaint I could make was that she was hard to understand and had no idea what I was talking about. She did kindly transfer me and the gentleman I spoke with was not only kind but took my information quickly and ensured me that there was an ongoing investigation and that the specific email address I gave him that was sent to me would be added to said investigation. I spent a whole * minutes on the phone and was happy with the results. Even if all I did was make a report that nothing is done about, he at least seemed to be knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding of this type of situation.
