~JR:I HATE HATE HATE that i can not reach anyone who can clearly speak english. First of all, just "*" out of the auto prompts and you'll connect almost immediately. After doing this, I was connected to * different people who, thru no fault of theirs other than English is not their native language.... could barely speak ENGLISH. I want to speak to someone in my native language, clearly and with no misunderstandings. How can I safely monitor my credit reports if the people who are servicing me can not understand me???????
