Refused to do this.**. phone Equifax customer service num at ***-***-****. Phone line was such poor quality and woman who answered had thick Asian accent. Difficulty understand and finally she gave me the so called direct number for customer service in Canada.***. called *** ***-****. But in order to talk to someone or leave message had to know what extension I needed or type in the last and first name of a person who works in Equifax. * *. Called Asia a back again. Spoke with a short tempered woman who said the number in Canada was correct and I was just dialing it wrong. **. hung up in disgust and re-dialed the so called "Canadian" number. Could not get through. **. called Asia back again. Got a young man who gave me another Canadian Number...**** ***-**** **. got a recording that asked me for m
