I was told by some so-called customer support guy who was barely speaking intelligibly, that I needed a new "primer" cartridge...that I had spent a full set for nothing becasue only a primer would fix the issue. He was sending it....over * weeks later i found an eamil address and contacted them again. Response was : we're sending you a cartridge via Fedex. ?.Great, but did it mean the first guy never sent anything? I just received ...the regular black instead of the primer! Smashing no?
