~Chief Buzzard:I have called and worked with different ones in two days at both tier one and two. Time on phone, with toll *, *st: **min. *nd **min *rd **min. Was told they could not solve problem and would send it up to tier * and they would call the next day...it's been two days now. Called tonight had to start at bottom of tiers and keep explaining the problem. Finally learned that since it had already been assigned no one else could help...that person was not available and it would probably be Monday (*more days) before they would call. ** minutes wasted. Worse experience I have ever had with any company's Support!!
