You have to dial the *, hold w*o pressing any other numbers. You may get lucky and get a live person. The other option is that your disconnected! Really? Then when you get a person, they can't answer your **** questions! WTH???*It's one thing if you don't have an answer, its quite another when you can't be transferred to someone who can! If the objective is to frustrate ppl, they win the award!
