GetHuman-78116:My credit card to which my EZ account is linked had been compromised and the credit card company closed my card. EZ was not able to draw down replenishment funds and notified me by email. I called customer service and the person was very understanding and told me to just authorize a manual transfer from my replacement card. Done. Very simple and quick. Great service
