It's a little hard to believe that since they had it sent to me and billed on my credit card so it makes me think this is a shady business practice. She wouldn't answer if she was part of Disney either. If they do as said.. I should get a full refund and return package. Also I couldn't get a hold of anyone with number printed on invoice.. Another red flag. Thankful for this site listing the real customer service number.
