~Michelle:They don't care about their customers. They would rather lose a long time customer than stand behind their products. All this over a $** vacuum. The authorized service dealer suggested I use cable ties to keep the cord attached to the handle. I also had to call cust service to find out if the problems were under warranty because the repair shop kept lying and saying they would call that afternoon with an estimate. They also told me that the parts would take *-* days but could not give me a reasonable time it would be repaired. Their whole network is the worst I have ever encountered. They should look to American Express on how to treat customers because AMEX is the best.
