~Loathing Corp America:The Customer Retention Rep was obtuse at best. She assumed multiple times what a CSR from a previous call was trying to do. I kept telling her as clearly as I could what the CSR said but the Retention Rep kept covering up******€*I don't know... maybe they knew each other.**Anyway, she kept blocking me and I asked to talk to her supervisor and was put on hold for * minutes* she came back on the line and was ***% cooperative. But she did insist again she knew exactly what the other rep was saying. I'm guessing they knew each other... maybe even, the same lady.**People are giving me no sense for hope in America.
