Not only was there no notification but Delta automatically rescheduled a flight for the next day - ** HOUR TOTAL TRAVEL!!!! Offering no other options!! Completely unacceptable!! Asked for some kind of compensation but couldn't be given b*c the flight supposedly was canceled due to weather. I could have driven home in this period of time! Unfortunately, people need the airlines and as a result, situations like these will not change!! Unacceptable!!
