Cricket said I was in chat rooms conferences with non speaking parties which was illegal. Cricket has a website with a chat room to contact customer support. I received a threatening text of the actions Cricket was taking. Two days later the service was cancelled. My payments were current. I found a better provider with better service the same day. I started to report Cricket to the BBB. Cricket advertise unlimited text and phone calls and did not honor their contract which is a* breach of promise.
