I tried to use their site to buy a smart phone and get service - their page stayed at 'processing' indefinitely* however, my card got charged the $***.**. I have been passed around through their departments and have gone to two store locations. I believe their motto should be, "I can't help - let me give you another number to call". ** **They are by far the worst customer service: ***Ridiculously long hold * queue times ***Agents always say they don't have any viability (even supervisors) ***No one will take ownership of a reported issue ** **It really is a joke!!!
