~Anonymous:Each representative was different. Some were more helpful than others. However, remember to wait for them to finish talking before pressing each number. First press *, wait, then press *, then wait then press *. They picked up right after I pressed *. My issue was not fully resolved the first time so I had to call back multiple times. I'm actually still on the line with one representative and put on hold. I recommend that if the person on the line is not that helpful then you call back and try to get someone else.
