~Jmason:As a consumer, I have experienced the worst customer service from Comporium that I have ever received from any company. Their employees are badly trained and the supervisors do not take responsibility for company mistakes. I am currently without internet because for months they have made mistakes on our accounts and told us repeatedly not to pay the bill until it was fixed. We have still not received a correct bill, yet we are late on some payment. I am willing to pay termination fees to never have to speak with this company again.
