~Skyler hrabe:I waited through three chat sessions to discuss additional packages deals and each time the service agent closed the chat and a message was prompted it was complete. After my third attempt I was so appalled by the service I asked to speak with a supervisor. Yet again, when I was told I would be connected if I first explained my frustrations, the agent dropped the chat again and closed it out. I have screen shots and names of all of these conversations and I have to tell you this is by far the worst customer experience I have dealt with in a long time.
