After a real **hours back and forth with comcast, the last rep I spoke with advised me "he really wasn't that good with mac either" and I should probably just give up and have someone else call" I was trying to get my comcast email transfered to my new email account. STILL NOT DONE AND COMCAST SAYS I OWE $*** for a non existant account. WHAT A TOTAL ---- up!!!!! that's mess by the way !!!
