I had called to transfer services from one apartment to another and got offered a package with *** channels security system and internet for *** dollars. they canceled my installation than gave me a wrong quote they cut my channels and I have been on the phone * hours today fighting with these people to cancel whatever package they offered me and to transfer my services. Now they tell me they're phone is not compatible to transfer services. This is off the wall ridiculous and when I asked for cooperate number they hung up the phone on me not once not twice but * times. I asked to speak to a supervisor and not one person has transferred me to one after being transferred to ** different departments. unacceptable and really cant believe the bad customer service you guys have.
