~fedup:I am a new customer and thought I could use DVR manager. I went on chat and was sent to numerous representatives trying to solve problem. After * and *** hours online was told my plan would not support DVR manager. After wasting whole Saturday afternoon I complained that they didn't relay info to me at beginning! Was contacted by representative and promised free upgrade to compensate...just another run around as more time wasted and nothing resulting. Am sending all text, email to main office and then quitting service as soon as have replacement arranged. Life is too short to deal with this kind of treatment...will try someone else.
