~anonymous:I had to speak with three different people just to find the answers I was looking for. The first time I called I was on hold for ** minutes before being connected with an extremely unhelpful woman. When I asked if she could tell me why I wasn't receiving ebills (which I signed up for because I wasn't receiving bills by mail to my home) she responded with only a "no." So I asked if she could help me figure out what I needed to do to get my ebills she referred me to tech support, who referred me back to customer service. I wasted *.* hours before finally getting the answer to my original question and finding out that they had not followed through with a request from last week! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!
