~mrfixit:OMG, could not of had poorer service. Trying to cancel service. They offered my a $***.** refund because of the poor mobile modem service. They called me back two days later to tell me that I did not qualify for the refund because I did not use the modem enough. *yes, really!* I explained to the rep that I did not use the service very much because it does not work. I was able to use the mobile modem in about **% of the locations I needed to. He stated that if I wanted a refund I needed to talk with customer service. I mentioned that customer service was the department that offered the refund. I was then transfered to a script reading moron in CS. She stated that my service is not cancelled, I never ordered it cancelled. I advivised her that I did cancell that service two days earlier & they send me a mailing label to return the modem. She said that they have no control over who they send labels too & it was a mistake. I mentioned that if I did not cancel my service why did
