~zippy:The person helping me has English as their second language so anything outside of the box didnt happen. Just a lot of "we are sorry" and "I can try to contact". Nothing done to fix the situation and I had to repeat the problems about * times which were * simple horrible incidents. I may call back and speak to someone that has english as a first language. I am sure that employee is great in his native language but not with me.
