~valerie:I have been a customer since **** and this is the first time I have had a problem. I pd my bill *-** for $**.**. I was call on *-* saying bill never rec'd. I pd it on *-*. Sending it to your address. I again get a call on *-** saying bill not pd. Called CS and was told that the late charge would not be waived and I owe $**.**. Called CS and they would not waive the late fee....Manager also would not waive the late fee. This is unreal. I have never had this problem in over ** years....Poor CS....
