GetHuman-47579:I was transfered to Brad in billing dept. I explained how I've paid the last * months and had no dial tone for my fax *. I asked for reimbursement and Brad either hung up or just didn't respond...no call back either. I guess I'll just wait until I have another hour to waste during my busy work day! It's land line phone service, it's been around since Moby **** was a minnow...you'd think they'd have it figured out!!!
