Once while a supervisor had me on a three way call with my bank to verify that my payment had been posted to my account as paid. One supervisor left to go home before trying to solve my problem!*The Senior Supervisor took my phone number an assured ma a return phone call when problem was resolved, still waiting for her call three days later. Left messages for Senior Super, Katie-***-***-****!! My account is still declined on Jan. *nd, three days later!!
