I called * times and was told it would be shipped overnight. But as of yet never received it. I think that there a bunch of low lifes working for Capitalone. I am not calling again. Intend to pay off my account and close it. It is also virtually impossible to talk to someone, who speaks English good enough. Maybe that is the only kind of people they can get to work for them.
