~Joanna:The rep spoke English, that's about it. The problem (frequent "card'n'dash" where I get carded instead of having my packages delivered, then have to go and pick them up myself) was NOT resolved and. from what I can tell, will not be resolved. The lack of concern the rep (Don) demonstrated was appalling* no apology, no arrangement for re-delivery, nothing. I was given a reference number - a useless number that solves nothing as I am now still expected to go and pick up the package myself! I am beyond pissed off at their charging me for service they don't deliver, and will be writing and calling whomever I can to get a modicum of result to this recurrent issue.
