~Amelia：The edd rep who did a phone review on me,*was very rude and total unprofessional, i*was not sure about about my hoilday pay, and*try to tell her that,but she wasn't hearing*anything i said and cut me off within * min*she said name so fast at the beginning of the call that i forget, but sure wish i had it now, because now my claim is being denied*and i have appeal the decision, this has been a total nightmare, form the beginning of the review i felt it was going to be good*because of her rude manner of asking the same questions over an over, at this point*i will never apply with edd again. They come across as headhunters not edd rep
