~Gnosis55:So far in the year I have been forced to use Caremark, they have lost * of my prescriptions, which resulted in my dr having to fax an emergency script to a local pharmacy to prevent me from having a seizure. Had to pay full price. Did they reimburse me? nope. Also had them send me another scheduled that neither my dr nor I ordered, and when I called to let them know of their illegal mistake they kept me on hold for ** minutes until I finally hung up. Called back later and the service rep said I received the rx because they had one dated from earlier that month returned. So not only are they not sending me scripts when I need them, but they are sending them out AT RANDOM, with no regard to what the script says. At some point one of their customers is going to suffer a fatality either because they took a med that WAS NOT PRESCRIBED or because they ran out of their meds because CVS "lost" them. When that happens, I will gladly be part of a class action suit against them.
