~Danielle:Inexcusable incompetence. After Caremark told me that my order had been processed and my Rx was on its way, I went to my Dr's appointment only to find that the medication had never arrived. I spent hours on the phone and on hold and was told that my Rx would be processed as quickly as possible. Today I received a call from Caremark that they couldn't process my order at all. This came out of the blue after hours being told otherwise. I have never dealt with such incredible incompetence before. Terrible.
