~kat121600：I purchased a ring from them and the quality was very poor! So I returned it in the same package it came in and just wrote return to sender as I was told to do buy Bradford Exchange. I sent it back over a month ago and have heard nothing and payments were still coming out! When I got through after ** minutes on hold the Lady was very nice and said that they had not received my return! But no worries it happens all the time and we will refund you all your money and mark you account payed!! No issues what so ever and they fixed my account! I am a happy girl! They do need a better way to get a hold of them and less of a wait time! Other wise I am pleased with them!
