~MN Mike G:No numbers for Boost lead you to a real live person, just recording ****. Finally reached a Tech Support (***-***-****)live person. He confirmed Boost does NOT use all of Sprint's towers - which I have found results in poor or no signal areas, even on major federal &*or state highways. I gave him specific locations & info. Told him it was unacceptable, if it continued I will change our * phones in the next ** days, probably to Horizon non-contract. He was friendly and tried to be helpful, saying problem would be escalated. (Key to reaching live person seems to be entering the wrong info two or three times in a row).
