~Jay:... i got locked out of my account, so i called the phone number here. they referred me to their website and the website locked me out of trying to get into my account because i tried and failed to reset my password. so then i called them again, and they kept on telling me that i should use the website?! come on! website couldn't solve my problem. blizzard simply just stopped caring about their customers. they hung up on me after repeatedly saying that i should use the website, when i repeatedly told them i can't use their website to solve my problem! ***** blizzard, i won't ever buy their game ever again. but i am sure they are OK with that, i mean them being so rich already and stuff.
