~Zan728:The person who helped me was Charlene. First of all she has a beautiful voice and she sounds very polite and professional. At our practice, we were out of specimen bags, I had some questions about certain situation. I called in the morning and talked to this another girl, she did help me but not much!*So I called again in the afternoon, this girl Charlene was polite and completely understood and helped me out what I was asking for exactly. She did not only tranferred me to that department but also explained my problem to the other department to help me out. It took two minutes my problem was solved. I really appreciates Charlene patiences, communication and effort to help me out. Thank you Charlene and thank you for having her in costumer services.
