~Belle:Do NOT order from Betterbee. They do not value customer service in the least. I have been a beeswax candlemaker for years. I recently purchased a block of wax from them....not cheap....***.**. It was a funny color and consistency and did not work at all like other beeswax that I have used to make candles. I wanted to ship it back to get another block. I was even going to drive there to exchange it (* hours away) as I had a pending order and could not wait for an exchange by mail. I sent them pictures and after numerous times on the phone with them telling me that I didn't know how to use their wax, they told me that they would NOT exchange it. If you need any of their type of products, I suggest you find another source as they obviously don't care about their customers. I do however, and will not sell inferior candles to my customers.
