~LoyalCustomer:They refuse to talk to you on the phone and they took ** hours to respond back to one of my emails. On their website it says it will take them a maximum of * hours to respond. Their online chat representative also disconnected our chat with no warning because I did not respond within * minute. This is the worst customer service I have gotten from any company in my life. I have been ordering from asos for years and spent almost *** dollars on this one purchase alone. I think that deserves quality customer service in return.
