~Andriy:We received defective sofa and loveseat, phone customer service within ** hours, were told that they ordered replacement parts which should be delivered soon, later we were told that we need to wait for another * weeks, after waiting for * weeks we got a call and were told that we need to wait for another * weeks. When the parts finally arrived they said that we need to wait for another month for technician to come over. When I asked if I can return the product I was told that we can not, because we have been using it for more than month. Never going to buy anything in the Ashley store.
