~dougpedersen:I called and talked to a customer service rep a week to ** days ago and was told i would get a call from the area rep for a store in Kelso, Wa. that sold there product i bought in March of ****. To this day i have heard nothing.. I called the store i bought my ashley sectional from and they said they also were waiting for ashley to send them the merchandise to repair something that was under warranty. There customer service is very lousy and i will continue to call until i get it repaired. I will really think about ever buying anything with the name of ashley on it in the future due to there poor customer service...
