The first month it was **.**, and one month it was over ***.**!! You are suppose to contact them if things change, (doctor, ins) if you don't they use it against you. You can wait **-** min. before you talk to someone. I don't have time for that. The very worst thing? If you try to switch companies, they insist that you sign a paper, allowing them full rights to your credit card once again- after you have rescinded them the right because of their abuse!! Rather than bill your insurance correctly, they'll just bill your credit card for the whole amount. Why bother with insurance? It easier to just bill your credit card. Read their paperwork!! They state that they can charge your credit card UP TO THE LIMIT!!! I was told the paperwork was just to acknowledge that they explained how to use the new machine......SO DECEPTI
