~svh1092:I had called them for four weeks in a row to try and pick up the equipment that I had rented from them. In those four weeks they would come at the wrong time or different day all together. I would call back and they would give me some excuse. It was very frustrating because we would wait around and the people would never show up. On the fourth well I finally told them that if someone does not come pick this up I will call the attorney general's office, after I said that the guy on the phone told me I could take it to them* really, I told him I just went through surgery and couldn't pick it up take it to them. How inconsiderate. That Monday they finally came and got it. I do not feel that anyone should have to go through something this horrible. The customer service reps were disrespectful, incompetent and untrained. I don't know how they stay in business.
